The Story of My Path
I chose AJU because I did my research. I learned AJU
College had great professors, impressive professor-to-student ratios, and a
beautiful campus with great resources. And I found it also had down-to-earth
administrators and amazing students. AJU gave me a solid intellectual
foundation that prepared me for graduate school.
Undoubtedly, my experience and success in law school are owed
in major part to the university that gave me the tools. Jahmy started at AJU
College as a freshman after a gap year of traveling around the country. He
quickly started exploring his “legal leanings” while serving in student
government—first as a freshman representative, then as both vice president and
president. He also became senior editor of the student newspaper, the Casiano
After getting his B.A., Jahmy went on to get his MBA in
Nonprofit Management at AJU, before heading to law school.
In his final year of law school at Southwestern Law
School and a Summer Associate at the international law firm Morgan Lewis Bockius, LLP
